The shipping is FOB to the customer. We can use any shipping company that the customer requests.

The unit was build to make easy access through a standard door way of 26 inches.
Is there a warranty?
VCSims warranty the simulator unit for a period of 2 years. The projector has a warranty of 90-day lamp (original); 30-day lamp (replacement)
What are the terms of payment?
VCSims requires a deposit of 60% before starting to build the unit. The remaining 40% will be due at delivery.
What type of payment options do I have?

How long is the delivery time once the order is put in?
The VCSims simulator would be delivered in 60 days once the order has been confirmed.
Would I require special power outlet to run the simulator?
No. You would require plugging into a standard household 120v ac outlet.
What software comes with the VCSims simulator?
VCSims does not provide any software. We give our customers the choice of installing what ever software they prefer. The RS1 Xtreme M3 powered by D-DOX model features the same components as the RS1 Xtreme with the addition of a top-of-the-line 3-axis motion actuator system. Now feel acceleration at up to 2Gs, as well as pitch, roll, heaves and intelligent vibrations – perfectly synchronized with all of the action on-screen. The actuator system is designed to work with popular software titles such as iRacing, rFactor, ACTC, ARCA Sim Racing, DIRT, GRID, Live For Speed, Need For Speed Undercover, Nitro Stunt Racing, and X-Motor Racing. So as you see you will have many choices in what software you want to install.
Is the VCSims simulator easy to install?
The VCSIMS simulator come in 2 units depending if you choose to include the tower. Once it is out of the crate it would take around 20 minutes to sit in and start your engine. VCSims does offer a set up service at a minimal charge.
